Tech Jobs For Good Redesign

I applied the learnings from the last project of replicating Spotify screens below.

My main focus was on white space, grouping similar elements together, alignment, color scheme, type, and findability. I often visit Tech Jobs For Good, a website that connects mission companies with mission-driven individuals. I thought their UI could use an update.
I improved the white space by removing unnecessary blocks, giving the design more breathing room. The color palette was updated for better visual consistency and accessibility. I adjusted the brightness and saturation of the hue and removed one of the blues to create a more cohesive color palette. To ensure consistency, I followed Spotify's approach of using a single typeface, Lato, which was applied to the body. I also enhanced the hierarchy and spacing of the cards to better separate elements.

See the designs below and let me know what you think!
